Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you encounter a major issue with our service, you can request a refund within 12 hours of purchase.
How do I request it?
Email support@iptv-smarter.ca with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue. Use the subject line: “Refund Request.”

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed in 20–31 business days (up to 90 days with some payment providers).
Trial & Outages
Use our trial period to test the service. For outages over 48 hours, we’ll refund and extend your subscription for the downtime.
